Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Luisana 👋, founder of Wellness Within.

I’ve been coaching for over 8 years and have helped thousands of people transform their bodies, their mindset, and their confidence. I’m originally from Venezuela, and after moving to the US 9 years ago, I discovered my passion for health and fitness. That’s when I decided to pursue personal training (and later on, nutrition coaching) so I could truly help people create lasting change.
